Please note that those who registered as accompanying persons are NOT ALLOWED to attend any scientific sessions.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.

Confirmation

As soon as we confirm your application and payment, We will send you an email confirmation bearing your registration number. Please print it out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive the congress materials.

Visa

For those who need visa support documents from The Organizing Committee of ICBA2019, please contact the Registration Secretariat at icba2019@may-pro1.net after your registration. We urge you to please complete your registration by March 5, 2019 so that you would have ample time for applying for a visa. Please note we will prepare necessary documents only to those who have already completed registration with required payment. When contacting the secretariat office, please let us know your registration Number.
In the process of preparing the documents, we may request additional documents which verifiyed your status.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat no later than March 5, 2019. We charge 50% of the total amount paid for cancellation charge. From March 6, 2019, there will be NO REFUNDS.
